End of Summer Rosé Spritzer

It's the end of summer and we cannot wait for cooler weather coming our way. Whether it's by the pool or during a laid-back dinner outside, our new go-to is the End of Summer Rancho Roble Rosé Spritzer. It's light, bubbly, and perfect for sipping as we savor these last summer moments. Pair it with fresh salads, light pasta, or seafood—it’s an ideal match.

Cheers to the final days of summer!

Ingredients:

1 bottle of Rancho Roble rosé wine (chilled)

1 cup of sparkling water or club soda (chilled)

Fresh fruit (such as berries, lemon slices, or a combination)

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Glasses: Fill a glass or pitcher with ice cubes.

Step 2: Add the Fruit: Slice and add the fresh fruit to the glass. For a burst of color and flavor, try using a mix of strawberries, raspberries, and lemon slices.

Step 3: Pour in the Rosé: Pour the chilled rosé wine into the glass, filling it about two-thirds full.

Step 4: Top with Sparkling Water: Top off the glass with chilled sparkling water or club soda. Adjust the amount based on how strong or light you want the drink to be.

Step 5: Garnish, Stir and Serve: Add a few fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of freshness, if desired.

Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the flavors. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Feel free to adjust the amount of sparkling water to your taste, or experiment with different fruits and herbs to find your perfect summer spritzer.
