Because we are welcoming so many wonderful guests throughout the day, timing is crucial to ensuring parking and check-in run smoothly for everyone. 

As guests arrive, there will be a longer wait at check-in. We will work as quickly as we can to get you situated. 

We kindly ask for a little grace and patience with our staff as they work hard to welcome each guest as quickly as possible. 

 Pre-ordered Charcuterie boards and flowers will be on the front patio. 

Once you’re checked in, the day is yours to relax, sip wine, enjoy the music, and soak in the atmosphere. 

Parking:

Parking is available onsite at Rancho Roble, though we highly encourage carpooling when possible, as this is one of our busiest and most exciting events of the year.

 

Overflow parking will be available at:
Morgan Oaks Eternal Preserve

If needed, you are welcome to drop off your party at Rancho before parking. Please use caution when walking along Fleming Road, as there are no sidewalks.

Check-In

This is a ticketed event, and check-in is required.

With your entry, you will receive:

• A glass of wine: your choice of rosé, pinot grigio, barbera, or reunion 

• Children receive a treat bag

• Your bottle of Rosé (if included with your ticket)

• Your pre-ordered flower bouquet (if purchased)

• Your charcuterie board (if ordered) 

Guests who selected the “Build a Bouquet” experience can head directly to the flower bar at the front patio to create something beautiful! Charcuterie boards will also be at the front patio. 

 Seating & Comfort

We have plenty of seating spread throughout the property, though seating is open and first-come, first-served.

We encourage bringing:

• Lawn chairs

• Picnic blankets

• Hats & sunglasses

• Umbrellas if needed--we have several umbrellas, a tent, and shade cloth areas available. 

Please wear comfortable shoes, as parts of the property are uneven and rocky. 

We expect it to be warm, and this is an outdoor event.

Friendly reminder: children under 12 are not permitted near the pond area.

Pre-ordered charcuterie boards from Angry Goat Charcuterie will be available for pickup at check-in.

• Water bottles are welcome

• Wine by the glass and bottle will be available for purchase!
