Our vineyards offer many possibilities for your special day.
We have multiple uniquely beautiful areas around our vineyards for you to officially pronounce your love for one another. We have lots of room for large tents or seating arrangements. Our property also has all of the amenities you and your wedding party will need to get ready for your special day. Plus, you can enjoy our wine as you prepare and pamper yourself for the biggest celebration of your life.

Our property has more than just space for your party. We have games, activities and of course, lots of wine, to make this the best party you or your guest have ever been too.
With numerous gorgeous locations around our vineyards, your photographs and videos will be a beautiful and unique treasure you will cherish forever. You can use your own photographer or use our photographer. Lastly, your night time pictures will come out stunning because we have lots of lighting and outlets for you to add your own touches of lighting.

Day of Event Coordinator
Kari Hazen - Event Coordinator
Kari will be your own personal coordinator that will work with you in the weeks and months leading up to your big day and will also be with you on the big day! She will coordinate with vendors to make sure they know where to place equipment and food, help orient the wedding party on the day of your wedding with where everything is located on our property and will be available to help and answer questions as needed. We also encourage you to also have your own coordinator.
Important Information Before Inquiring About Booking
Our season starts last weekend of March until the first weekend of November. Due to Placer County requirements, limited weddings are celebrated every season.
We are currently booking 2019 & 2020 weddings.
We are 100% outdoor venue so we do not book in winter months. Surrounded by our estate grown vineyards, fountains, oak trees, our ceremony and reception sites overlook the heart of the country in Placer County. The exceptional ceremony location is surrounded by lawn that can accommodate seating for up to 150 guests. The spreading oaks create shade for afternoon events. The dance area, bandstand and outdoor market lighting make a romantic setting for evening dining and dancing.
An outdoor grilling area are provided for use by an approved caterer.
Specific tables and chairs are included and will be arranged by our staff to your specifications.
One case of Rancho Roble wine must be purchased from Rancho Roble Vineyards per 30 adults.
Contracted event wine will be priced at a discount. Alcohol is restricted to Rancho Roble wine only. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. NO LIQUOR. NO EXCEPTIONS. Beer & Champagne to be approved and certain brands to be purchased by the winery then sold to the renter.
